Dish magazine, Città, Fisher & Paykel and Sam Mannering held an event to demonstrate just how good food and can bring people together. Taking time to plan a menu, prepare each dish and create a beautiful setting – whether it’s for a special occasion or to make the most of a meal with those you love – is at the heart of entertaining. Città and Fisher & Paykel brought this social kitchen philosophy to life at a mid-winter feast in the Sapphire Room at Auckland’s Ponsonby Central for 40 guests.
